The Duplomatic Group designs and manufactures technological solutions for motion control, intended for multiple sectors.
It is present on the market with three brands: Duplomatic for industrial applications, Hydreco for mobile applications and Continental Hydraulics for industrial applications in North America.
During your training as an office management assistant, you will familiarise yourself with activities and processes in a wide variety of areas: From the HR department and accounting to purchasing and sales to warehousing and work preparation. You will be actively involved in operational processes right from the start.
Duration and location of training
The 3-year training programme takes place mainly directly in our company in Helmstedt and at the vocational school in Helmstedt.

Occupational fields of activity
Machining mechanics work in areas of industry and trade where components are manufactured using machining processes. Typical areas of application are lathe systems, milling machine systems, automatic lathe systems and grinding machine systems for individual and series production.
Content of the apprenticeship
You will plan the production process on the basis of technical drawings and then implement it. As a rule, they use CNC machine tools for this purpose. They set these up, monitor the production process and carry out quality checks.
Duration and location of training
After six months of basic training at our training partner ProAss, the 3.5-year apprenticeship takes place at our company in Helmstedt. Vocational school lessons, the dual training programme, take place at the Heinrich-Büssing-Schule Braunschweig.
